Yolanda is a Spanish lawyer with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
She is a member of the Málaga Bar Association and has represented individuals and businesses in civil and criminal matters throughout Spain for more than two decades.
In addition to her legal practice, she is a professor for the Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Málaga.
She also acts as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings.
Yolanda was a member of the Governing Board of the Málaga Bar Association from 2012 to 2020 and a member of the Plenary of the Andalusian Council of Bar Associations from 2018 to 2020.
Her specialization includes general civil law, family law, criminal law, and leasing contracts.
